DELIVERY
Stock items
Your jewellery will usually be dispatched within 3-5 working days (During busier periods please allow slightly longer) If there is a delay for any reason I will contact you.
Made to order
Whilst I maintain a small stock of the most popular jewellery pieces, typically each piece of handmade jewellery is made-to-order just for you and will usually be dispatched within 3- 4 weeks (during busier periods please allow slightly longer) However, I understand waiting isn't fun and all pieces will be dispatched as soon as possible. If there is a delay for any other reason I will contact you.
Certain ranges of my handmade jewellery may vary in shape, size, form and texture and differ to the images shown. This makes them totally individual to you and super exciting.

UK Shipping
All jewellery is sent via Royal Mail First Class Special Delivery, fully insured and tracked.
Next working day before 1pm - £10.00
International Shipping
Shipping outside the UK is sent via Royal Mail Track and Trace Service
It is the customer’s responsibility to look into any possible import duties, taxes or charges prior to purchasing. Any such charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your country's customs office for further information.
Approximate Delivery Times & Shipping Fees
Europe - 5-7 days - £19.95
Rest of the world - 14-21 days - £19.95 (Subject to size and weight)
You will receive confirmation by email once your jewellery has been dispatched along with your tracking number.
Should you urgently need an item for a certain date or special occasion please contact me on zoe@zoejanejewellery.co.uk and I will do my utmost to get the item to you by the required date.
LATE AND LOST DELIVERIES
If your delivery has been delayed, then please contact me and I will assist you with tracking your parcel with the tracking number provided with the shipping notification email.
FOR ROYAL MAIL LOST DELIVERIES:
UK Delivery- We unfortunately cannot refund or replace lost items until 10 working days after the date of dispatch (30 days for international items) as this is when the Royal Mail classes items as being lost.
International delivery– Once your package leaves the UK Royal Mail no longer has any control over delivery, and your parcel is handled by more than one postal service. The actual delivery of the item will be the responsibility of the postal service in the country the items are going to. Please contact your local post office to arrange delivery. Delays can often be caused by customs checks.
Items not received but tracked as being delivered - This frequently happens when items are delivered to places of work. In some cases, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within your company and someone else will have signed for it. You can check the signature of the person that has signed for the parcel, by entering your tracking number on the Royal Mail website. Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to your home address.
Zoe Jane Jewellery cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.
